As usual, please can you answer the following questions: 1. What are the antibodies in the kits; monoclonal or polyclonal? 2. The antigens used for raising the antibodies employed in the kit. Are they recombinant proteins, peptides or carbohydrates, etc? What species (and where possible which region/epitope) are they designed against? 3. What type of standard is employed (Recominant, Peptide or other) and what species is that from?
