One of our customers would like to confirm the following information. The isotype (IgG? polyclonal or monoclonal) and origin (host species) of the pre-coated antibody specific to TLR4. What was the immunogen to produce this antibody? Does this kit only detects soluble form of TLR4? Or it also detects other forms?
