I am currently interested in studying TDP-43. The kit your company offers, a TDP-43 ELISA kit, comes with some recombinant TDP-43. My colleague and I are currently in the process of ordering this kit (you have been in touch with her). I was wondering if it is possible to order additional recombinant phosphorylated TDP-43 on its own (without the rest of the kit) for other experiments, and it would be a very useful positive control.
The standard can be only applied to running with our Kits, not others. We do not provide the standard separately, unless the kit has been purchased and the customer needs more standard. To ensure accurate results, do not substitute reagents from different manufacturers even for the same item. Use only the reagents supplied by manufacturer. As the reagents used in this kit are optimized for use in the whole kit.
