TLR-2 is membrane protein receptor which sits on the surface of certain cells
I have bought your product (TLR-2 ELISA kit). In your introduction, you told us that TLR-2 is membrane protein receptor which sits on the surface of certain cells. My questions are: 1. Can we detect the TLR-2 from culture supernatant, while the TLR-2 sits on the surface of cells. 2. Can we detect TLR-2 from blood serum, if so, where does TLR-2 come from while TLR-2 sits on the surface of cells?
