Dear Sir/Madame, I am interested in the fish ACTH ELISA. however, I would like to have further information about the antibodies that the kit has. I am working with Zebrafish, Danio rerio, and the C-terminal fragment of the protein is not very well conserved among other organisms such as human or rat. I would like to know which FISH is this ELISA for and what fragments do the antibodies recognize. With this informration I will be able to see if the I can use that Kit in my research.
