I am specifically interested in detecting total adrenomedullin. Our lab use to use a kit that had a detection antibody (AdM-2 mAb) specific for amino acids 25-36, lying in the middle portion of the adrenomedullin peptide. Can you tell me if this kit detects total adrenomedullin?
