Hi, We had recently purchased your kit #E1467h for assaying Collagen type-1(X), and would like to know what region of the protein the capture antibody recognizes. For example, to the NC2 domain(N-terminus), triple helical domain, or NC1 domain (C-terminus). Or, if possible, what peptide sequence was used to develop the capture antibody for your kit. This information would greatly help us to interpret the results we are getting. Thank you for your help.
