Cytoplasm Cytoplasm perinuclear region Cell projection growth cone Binds lipids with phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate groups (By similarity). Perinuclear in undifferentiated PC12 cells. Redistributes to growing neurites and growth cones during cell differentiation.
